Kuch meetha ho jaye - Bread custard

 


Ingredients:-

  • 12-14 Bread slices ( cut in triangle shape & deep fried )
  • 1 cups Custard
  • Nuts, finely chopped (almonds,pista,dry dates, cashewnuts )
  • 1 tsp saffrons
  • 4 tsp milk maid
  • 4 sheets of silver leaf.

Directions:-

  1. Prepare the custard and let cool and set it in refrigerator.
  2. Deep fry the bread and let it cool.
  3. After 1 hr mix all the dry fruits, saffron &milk maid in custard and coat it to bread.
  4. Then press the silver leaf on the top of bread. and serve it.
