Chocolate Milk Smoothie : 5 Minute Instant Recipe

 This healthy and delicious smoothie is the perfect snack to refuel after a power workout.



Amid the rising number of COVID-19 infections and the worrying death toll in the country, we all can agree to one thing in the face of the ongoing pandemic and that is 'health is wealth'. 

However, the process of taking care of one's health is slow and steady. It comes with efforts put in every day and being consistent with it. But, that doesn't mean the process should be boring and tedious. It can be fun, delicious and still be packed with nutrients that are easy to consume and keeps those junk-food hunger pangs at bay. 

Here is a smoothie recipes that will help boost your immunity: 



Ingredients

2 Servings
Coconut Milk
100 ml
Chocolate Milk
500 ml
Frozen Strawberries
100 g
Frozen Blueberries
50 g
Frozen Bananas
2
Cocoa Powder
50 g
Spinach
20 g
 Protein Powder
50 g

Tip

 If you don’t have protein powder, 30g of cashews can be used instead.


Instructions

Step 1
  • In a blender, whizz together the chocolate milk, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, spinach and protein powder / cashews until smooth.
Step 2
  • Divide between 2 tall glasses.
